Returns & Exchanges

We get it, sometimes it’s just not quite right. If you need to return or exchange your item, we’ve got you. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order, as long as it’s unworn, in original condition, and was purchased from padelapparelclothing.com

Refunds

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Once we receive your return, refunds can take up to 7 working days to process.
  • It may take an additional 3–5 days to show in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Please keep your return postage receipt in case we need it.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free; you just cover return shipping.
  • We’ll ship your new item once your return is scanned at our warehouse.
  • We can’t reserve items in advance, so if your requested item sells out, we’ll issue a refund instead.
  • If an exchange isn’t possible, you’ll receive a refund within 5 working days of processing.

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely via our approved payment providers.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment is not authorised or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Padel Apparel Instagram Giveaway (the “Promotion”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Promoter

The Promotion is organised by Padel Apparel, [Registered Business Address].

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are excluded.
  • A valid Instagram account and internet access are required. No purchase necessary.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:

  1. Follow [@padel.apparel] on Instagram
  2. Like the giveaway post
  3. Comment who they would bring
  4. Sign up to the Padel Apparel newsletter via [www.padelapparel.com]
  • Only one valid entry per person will be accepted.
  • Entries that are incomplete, late, generated by bots, or otherwise in breach of these Terms will be void.

4. Promotion Period

  • Opens: 03/10/2025 at 19:00 (UK local time)
  • Closes: 13/10/2025 at 19:00 (UK local time)
  • Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.

5. Prize

  • One winner will receive:A 2-hour padel coaching session for 2 people with Miguel at The Padel Hub, Slough.
    Two (2) Padel Apparel T-shirts (sizes subject to availability).
  • Travel, accommodation, and other costs are not included.
  • The coaching session must be booked and redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified, subject to coach and venue availability.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a fair and verifiable process, overseen by an independent person, on or after 14/10/2025.
  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the draw.
  • The winner must respond within 7 days to confirm acceptance. Failure to respond in time may result in the prize being reallocated.

7. Publicity & Winner Details

  • The winner’s surname and county may be published on @padel.apparel and/or made available upon request, in accordance with the CAP Code.
  • If the winner objects to this information being made publicly available, they must inform the Promoter at the time of acceptance. However, the Promoter may still be required to provide winner details to the ASA on request.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal data provided will be used solely to administer the Promotion and deliver the prize, unless you opt in to receive marketing communications.
  • Entrant data will be deleted within 30 days of the Promotion’s conclusion (except winner details required for compliance).

9. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram of all responsibility.
  • These Terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
